At glassybaby, we want you to love your hand-blown glass treasures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your glassybaby in its original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the glass is well-protected to prevent breakage during transit.
Receive Your Refund
After our studio receives and inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 7-10 business days.
